The African Society of Association Executives (AfSAE) ) invites you to the 4th session of a series of conversations with Kenyan Association Leaders on surviving the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.

This week we are hosting leaders from the medical associations as they share their experiences and learnings in managing through the crisis. Specifically, discussions will focus on:

1. Assessment of the impact of Covid-19 crisis on the operations of Medical Associations and the effects on their members.
2. Response from the Associations and engagement with key stakeholders among them the government.
3. Emergence and management of new collaborations with other associations.
4. Delivery of events and especially Continuous Professional Development programmes (CPD)
5. Financial sustainability of the Associations now and post covid 19 crisis.
6. Any key lessons emerging from the crisis that are likely to shift the paradigm in managing the Association?
